Corporate Investor Onboarding (New investor)

Step 1:

For KYC-verified corporate investors not using Go Corp and making initial investments, the first transaction should be done in physical mode by filling out this form: CAMS-Common-Application-Form (2).pdf

Step 2:
Along with the form the investor has to share a few additional documents.

List of documents:

-KYC (PAN)

-BR (Board Resolution)

-ASL (Authorise signatory list)

-UBO declaration (Pt. 12 in form)

-FATCA declaration (Pt 12 in form)

-Bank cheque leaf


Step 3: 
After sharing the above documents the investor will have to transfer the amount to our collection bank account and share the UTR number with us.

Points to note: 

- Section 12 is not applicable in the case of corporate investors

- Mention details of Net worth in the section “Gross Annual Income” in point 11

- Email the above documents and payment reference number to support@zerodhafundhouse.com with the subject line “Transaction Application”


Once the folio is created after the initial transaction, the investor can refer to this 
article
 for subsequent digital transactions.
