Corporate Investor Onboarding Procedure (Existing Investor)

To ensure seamless transaction experience for non individual investors, Zerodha Fund House has collaborated with CAMS to onboard you on their platform. If you are already registered with  GoCORP online portal, you can start your investment journey with Schemes of Zerodha Mutual Fund. To register on the platform follow these steps listed below:


Step 1: PAN validation and name verification.




Step 2: Document Upload

Once the registration process is successfully completed, users must proceed by uploading the necessary documents to commence their investment journey.


Registration:


Documents to be kept handy for registration on Go-corp:

  • GoCORP Registration Form (Duly Signed)

  • Board Resolution for availing Gocorp services

  • Board Resolution for Investing in Mutual Fund (PFA)

  • Authorized Signatory List

  • Copy of PAN Card

  • Bank Proof - Bank Statement / passbook copy etc.

  • Hierarchy of users for maker / checker / approver



Step 3: Submission of Registration Form.

After registration, corporate investors are required to complete the registration form. Here's a sample form to  be submitted.

Note: The duly filled registration form should be submitted to the CAMS GoCORP Support Team.
