What is a consolidated account statement (CAS)?
CAS is an account statement where the Registrar and Transfer Agents identify common investors across fund houses by their PAN for the purpose of sending consolidated account statements.
What are the different modes through which an investor can request a statement of account?
Investors can request a statement of account through the registered intermediary, CAMS or the website or Mobile application of Zerodha Mutual Fund. The account statements shall be sent to the registered email IDs of the investors.
What is the procedure to download the account statement from the CAMS website?
1. For SOA type investors [Kuvera, Indmoney, Paytm Money, Groww, CAMS, MFU, MF Central]:
An account statement can be downloaded from the CAMS platform through this link. Further, investors can select the account statement type (summary/detailed) and the same will be sent to the registered email id of the investor.
2. For Demat (non SOA) type investors [Coin]:
If the investment was made through a broker in demat format, investors will receive the account statement directly from the depositories (NSDL/CDSL).
Additionally, investors can download the account statement for any designated period from the broker's back office or reach out to broker support for any help regarding the same.
