Zerodha Fund House is led by Vishal Jain, an experienced professional in the passive & indexing space in India. In 1998, he was part of the founding team of India’s first index provider (known as NSE Indices today) and later went on to be part of the founding team at India’s first passive fund house - Benchmark Mutual Fund. At Benchmark MF, Vishal launched India’s first ETFs across equity, gold, liquid, international and government divestment categories. He was then CIO - Passive at Goldman Sachs AMC in India, and headed the Passives business at Nippon India MF before joining Zerodha Fund House.
He is supported by a team that has a strong mix of experience with passive funds & technology and have earlier worked at leading financial institutions.
