How to Lodge a Grievance:

Write an email detailing out the issue faced along with device make and model and screenshots mandatorily,, to support@zerodhafundhouse.com.

Grievance Resolution Process:

  • Once a grievance is submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement with a unique tracking ID. Our team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. You can track the status of your complaint using the provided unique ID.

  • Timeline for Resolution: We strive to resolve all grievances promptly. You can expect a response within 2 business days after we receive your complaint. Complex issues may require additional time, but we will keep you informed of the progress.

Reporting Phishing and Scams

Your help is crucial in our fight against cyber threats. If you receive any suspicious emails, messages, or encounter websites that impersonate our services (phishing),Do not click on any links or download any attachments from the suspicious message and please report them to us immediately.

  • How to Report: Forward the suspicious email (including the link, attachments etc) to security@zerodhafundhouse.com

We will take effective remedial action, including reporting the phishing site to relevant authorities and security vendors to have it taken down.
