Minor Folio Opening- Offline process

In case an Investor wishes to invest on behalf of a Minor, they need to share a scanned copy of the below documents with us on our support ID support@zerodhafundhouse.com

1. Guardian PAN & KYC.

2. Guardian FATCA to be filled in the common application form

3. Relationship of the guardian (natural or legal guardian) with the minor.

4. Minor Date of Birth Proof (Birth Certificate/Passport)

5. Bank Details with Printed Name of Minor/Guardian

6. Common Application Form (PFA)
